Chicken Tetrazzini

Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe is a quick and easy yet very tasty chicken tetrazzini using narrow noodles, sliced mushrooms, chicken fricassee, sherry and Parmesan cheese.


INGREDIENTS
2 cups narrow noodles (1/4 pound)
1/4 pound sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 14- or 16-ounce can chicken fricassee
1 tablespoon sherry
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


DIRECTIONS
1: Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
 
2: Meanwhile, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Add fricassee; heat quickly; don't simmer or stir. Stir in sherry.
 
3: Placed drained noodles in 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Pour fricassee into center. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; broil until golden in preheated broiler.
