Skinny Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe chops cooked chicken breast and mixes with red onion, diced apple, halved grapes, dried cranberries and Greek yogurt to creat this delicious chicken salad recipe suitable for chicken salad sandwich.


INGREDIENTS
1 lb. chicken breast, cooked (chopped)
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced apple
2/3 cup grapes, halved
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste


DIRECTIONS
1: Mix all ingredients together well. Eat as a salad or as a sandwich.
