Poached Eggs Recipe delicately poaches eggs giving them a delicate appearance, nice egg white texture and great taste using eggs, salt, and vinegar to create this tasty poached egg recipe.


INGREDIENTS
Eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar


DIRECTIONS
1: Half fill a rather deep frying pan with boiling water. Add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of vinegar.
 
2: Break the eggs, one at a time, into a deep sauce dish, and slide carefully into the rapidly boiling water.
 
3: Simmer until the eggs are cooked through, about five minutes.
 
4: Carefully dip a little of the boiling water over the tops of the egg yolks. To remove, use a perforated tablespoon so the eggs will not break.
