Meatball Sandwich Recipe creates a delicious meatball sandwich very easily and simply using ground meat, Four Cheese Recipe Cheese Bread Crumb Mix and spaghetti sauce served on submarine rolls.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. lean ground beef
|
|
1 package (6 oz.) Fresh Take Classic Four Cheese Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
|
|
2 tablespoons water
|
|
1 cup spaghetti sauce
|
|
4 submarine rolls (5 inch), split, toasted
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 375ºF.
|
|
|
|

Mix meat, cheese mixture and water; shape into 12 (1-1/2-inch) balls. Place on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 16 to 18 min. or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, cook sauce in saucepan on medium-low heat 5 to 6 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

4:
Fill rolls with meatballs and sauce.
