INGREDIENTS

  • 2 5oz. cans of Tuna
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp celery seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Open the cans of tuna and drain well.
  • Chop the onion into small pieces.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring to mix well.
  • Place tuna mixture between two slices of bread of choice making four sandwiches. Add additional onion and add lettuce if desired.
