INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (1 1/4 cups) condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp American cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 4 cups cooked macaroni (2 cups uncooked)
  • 2 tablespoons buttered breadcrumbs, if desired

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat soup, milk, and 1 1/2 cups cheese over low heat; when cheese melts, add parsley. Blend with macaroni; pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
  • Top with remaining cheese and buttered breadcrumbs. Bake in hot oven (400°F.) 20 minutes.
