INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 seedless European cucumber, sliced thin
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all vegetable ingredients together, set aside.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together, set aside.
  • Pour liquid mixture over the vegetables and mix well. Serve.
