INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Remove outter leaves from cabbage. Cut the cabbage into two portins, cutting in half from top down and through the stem. Remove the V shaped core from the middle of the cabbage portions. Shred the cabbage into long narrow strips.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, excluding the cabbage, and stir to mix well.
  • Add the cabbage to the bowl and toss to coat the cabbage with the mixture.
  • Chill the cabbage before service.
