INGREDIENTS

  • 6 pork chops, 3/4 to 1 in. thick
  • 1 (15oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced pimento-stuffed olives
  • 1 large onion, sliced

DIRECTIONS

  • Brown chops in a greased skillet over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients; cover. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Remove pork chops to platter. Serve with sauce from skillet.
