INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of tomato soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 6 oz can lobster, drained

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend cans of soup, milk, and cream in a saucepan; heat, but do not boil.
  • Pick over meat, discarding any hard fiber: flake meat.
  • Add meat to soup; heat well.
  • Note: As a substitute for the lobster, anyone of the following may be used: 1 6 1/2-ounce can crabmeat, 1 5-ounce can shrimp, 1 7-ounce can solid-pack tuna, 1 7 3/4-ounce can salmon, or 1 7- or 10 1/2-ounce can minced clams.
