INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper or paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon, or oregano, or rosemary
  • 3 slices bayonne ham
  • 2 slices cheese, Cheddar
  • 1 pound can ratatouille
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons dry red or white wine

DIRECTIONS

  • Brown pork chops about 20 minutes and season. Place ham and grated cheese on top.
  • Heat vegetables and add wine. Place in ovenproof dish with pork chops on top.
  • Bake at 475°F for 5 to 10 minutes.
