INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (29oz.) sliced peaches, with juice
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 Tbl. melted butter

DIRECTIONS

  • Note: this recipe makes 4 to 5 nice size servings. Double, triple, etc., ingredient quantities as needed for more servings.
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except peaches. Stir to mix well, forming a batter without lumps.
  • Pour sliced peaches along with juice into mixture. Gently stir to mix well.
  • Pour peach mixture into suitable sized oven proof utensil. Place on middle shelf of oven and cook for 1 hour. Enjoy!
