INGREDIENTS

  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry or Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup oil (half olive oil and half salad oil)

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a jar. Shake until the salt dissolves.
  • Add mustard and oil and shake until thoroughly blended.
