INGREDIENTS

  • 2 apples
  • 3 pears
  • 3 peaches
  • 1 pineapple
  • Confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup rum or Cointreau

DIRECTIONS

  • Pare, core and slice apples and pears. Halve, pit, peel and slice peaches. Cut pineapple into chunks.
  • Place fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with confectioners sugar to taste. Sprinkle with rum or Cointreau.
  • Cover the bowl tightly and chill for at least 6 hours so the sugar draws out fruit juices.
