INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 each California Avocados
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 Tbl. Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Form ground chicken into two patties and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Place a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
  • Once oil begins to shimmer, slowly add the patties to the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes or until the patties begin to brown. Flip the patties over and continue to cook until browned. Continue flipping patties until an internal temperature of 165°F. is reached or the inside is no longer pick and the juices run clear.
  • Top with sliced avocado and tomato then wrap in lettuce leaves.
