INGREDIENTS

  • 1 2-lb. slice smoked ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato catsup
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 10 1/2-oz. can tomato soup
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Pre-heat overn to 350°F. Place ham in Dutch oven. Combine onion, garlic, catsup, sauce, vinegar, soup, butter, brown sugar and pepper; blend well.
  • Pour sauce over ham.
  • Bake in 350°F. oven for 1 hour or until tender.
  • Note: Ham may be cooked, covered, on top of stove or in an electric skillet.
