INGREDIENTS

  • 12 red potatoes
  • 1 1/2 lbs. lean hamburger meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • seasoned salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  • For each serving (6) thinly slice (about 1/8 inch) 2 red potatoes and place in pie pan or on a big piece of foil.
  • Mix hamburger meat with eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and onions; divide into six equal portions and make 6 hamburger patties.
  • Top each pan of potatoes with a meat patty and sprinkle the potatoes generously with seasoned salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, especially the potatoes.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 400°F for 35 - 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Serve.
