INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lb. venison, cut in strips
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
  • 3 T. soy sauce
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

DIRECTIONS

  • Put venison strips, pepper and salt in crockpot; stir well to coat meat.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on low setting 8 hours (high 4 hours).
  • Serve over rice.
