INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound Cabbage
  • 1 small Red Onion (optional)
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 1/3 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp, ground Tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • This slaw can be made a day ahead.
  • Slice the cabbage and dice the onion then combine in a large bowl.
  • In small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, tarragon and vinegar. Add sugar substitute and salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Add dressing to cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to blend. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
