INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons shortening
  • 1 can (12 ounces) corned beef, cut up
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cups (about 6 ounces) shell macaroni, cooked

DIRECTIONS

  • Sauté onion and green pepper in shortening in a skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients. Put into a 2-quart casserole.
  • Bake, covered, at 350°F 30 minutes, or until heated through.
