INGREDIENTS

  • 1 red snapper
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Margarine
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine

DIRECTIONS

  • Season snapper with garlic salt and pepper. Rub inside and outside of snapper with margarine.
  • Cook over slow-burning charcoal, 5 minutes on each side.
  • Combine lemon juice and butter. Baste snapper with butter mixture. Remove from heat; baste.
  • Wrap in foil. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until done.
