INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup shredded white cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 8oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 medium onion, minced fine
  • 2 tbsp golden raisins 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

  • In a large bowl, mix the sugar and the vinegar and stir to dissolve the sugar.
  • Add the mayonnaise and stir to mix well.
  • Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir to mix well and coating the cabbage well.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
