INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 1 1/2 cups beer
  • 2 teaspoons clarified butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 cup seedless white grapes
  • Snipped parsley

DIRECTIONS

  • Simmer Brussels sprouts in beer in covered saucepan until tender (about 8 minutes); drain.
  • Drizzle butter over sprouts; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add grapes; heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley.
