INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup DOLE® Chef-Ready Raspberry Purée
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Stir together puree, mint, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl until blended.
  • Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Serve over fruit salad or spinach salad.
