Beef Liver with Bacon Recipe pan fries bacon and then uses the bacon grease to sauté the onion before adding the beef liver and cooking until just cooked through in making this delicious beef liver recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 pound Beef Liver

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat a medium nonstick skillet until hot, 1 minute. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, crumble and set aside.
  • Cook onion in same pan 5 minutes stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  • Add beef liver and sauté 3 minutes per side, just until cooked through. Transfer liver and onions to a serving platter.
  • Garnish with crumbled bacon. Serve and enjoy!
