Baked Chicken Wings marinates chicken wings in a blend of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar and dark mustard and then bakes and broils the wings to tasty perfection before sprinking with garlic powder.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (10-ounce) bottle soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger or 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dark mustard
  • 24 whole chicken wings
  • Garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix soy sauce, ginger, minced garlic, brown sugar, and mustard together. Blend well. Marinate chicken wings in this mixture for at least 2 hours. Drain wings, reserving marinade.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place wings in baking dish and bake 1 1/2 hours, turning and basting with marinade frequently. Discard any leftover marinade.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder and broil wings for 1 or 2 minutes, until crispy. Remove from heat, and serve
