INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices bacon cut into pieces
  • 1/2 onion, cut in half moon slices
  • 1 (4oz) jar mushrooms
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 milk can half and half
  • 1 milk can water
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbs lemon pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs parsley
  • 1 bag of 51-100 fully cooked and peeled shrimp thawed
  • Pasta of choice for number of servings desired

DIRECTIONS

  • Start by rendering bacon pieces. Add onion cut in half moon slices, add 2 tbs butter to help cook onion then add drained mushrooms. Sauté until onion is tender add minced garlic cloves add rest of butter add seasonings mix well and let flavors marry.
  • Add milk, half n half and water. Stir then add cheese let come to a boil.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • Add rinsed and drained shrimp to sauce and simmer to come back to temp then turn off. Pour shrimp and sauce over pasta and toss well.
