INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup salad oil
• 1/2 cup half-and-half
• 3 tablespoons white vinegar
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 hard-cooked egg yolks, sieved
• 1 tablespoon chopped capers
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 small cloves of garlic, crushed

DIRECTIONS

• Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake thoroughly before using.
