INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Tbl. olive oil
  • 2 Tbl. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano, ground
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Squirt of honey or sprinkle of sugar
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 Tbl. Dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS

  • This dressing does have a little heat to it, so consideration might be given to cutting red pepper flakes and black pepper amount in half.
  • Whisk all ingredients together well.
  • Keep in an air-tight container. This dressing goes great with sub sandwiches as well as tossed salads.
  • This dressing does not require refrigeration and will become rather thick if refrigerated and should be allowed to return to room temperature before using if refrigerated.
