INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cups regular rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup snipped pitted dried plums (prunes)
  • 1 cup fat-free milk

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • In a small bowl stir together sugar and cinnamon; set aside. In a large bowl stir together flour, oats, baking powder, salt and 1tablespoon of the sugar mixture.
