INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 6-oz. can frozen grapefruit juice concentrate
  • 4 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 10-oz. package frozen whole okra

DIRECTIONS

  • Thaw the grapefruit juice.
  • Melt the butter with hot sauce and onion in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir in the undiluted grapefruit juice concentrate and heat through.
  • Cook the okra according to package directions and place in a bowl. Pour the grapefruit sauce over okra. Garnish with grapefruit sections, if desired.
