INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (16 ounces) light sweet cherries
  • 1 can (16 ounces) dark sweet cherries
  • 3 fresh Anjou, Bosc, or Cornice pears
  • 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • Creamy Fruit Mayonnaise (search recipes)
  • Lettuce

DIRECTIONS

  • Drain cherries and remove pits. Reserve a few cherries for garnish. Core and dice 1 pear. Core and slice remaining pears into wedges for garnish.
  • Combine cabbage, cherries, and diced pear. Add Creamy Fruit Mayonnaise and toss lightly to coat fruit and cabbage.
  • Line a serving bowl with lettuce and spoon in salad. Garnish with pear wedges and reserved cherries.
