INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. roasted chicken, boneless, skinless and chopped fine
  • 1 ounce onion, diced/span>
  • 1 1/2 ounces celery, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed

DIRECTIONS

  • Place chicken in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the other ingredients, one at a time, mixing well to thoroughly combine.
  • Place salad in refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill well.
  • Serve salad on a leaf of lettuce or on bread, as desired.
