INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package (4 to 5 pounds) turkey breast half
  • For Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Rinse turkey; pat dry. Place foil drip pan on bottom of grill; surround with hot coals. Place turkey on rack over drip pan; cover. Cook turkey to an internal temperature of 170°F, 2 to 2 1/2hours. (Add coals during cooking to maintain heat.) Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients. Brush turkey with sauce frequently during last 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Note: For 2 to 4 pound turkey breast half or portion, prepare as above. Grill 1 1/2to 2 hours.
