INGREDIENTS

• One recipe of Exquisite Pizza Sauce recipe (search this site for recipe)
• One recipe of Processor Pizza Dough Recipe (on this site)
• 1/2 large bell pepper, chopped medium
• 1 thick slice of onion cut into small slices
• 4 oz can sliced black olives
• 2 patties of breakfast sausage, broken into small chunks
• 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
• Pepperoni slices, to taste
• Cornmeal for dusting
• Olive oil

DIRECTIONS

• Prepare the Exquisite Pizza Sauce Recipe. There will be enough for two pizzas. If preparing only one pizza, put half of the sauce in a zip lock bag and freeze for later use.
• Prepare the Processor Pizza Dough Recipe. There will be enough dough for two pizzas. Divide the dough and freeze half if only one pizza is being prepared.
• Preheat oven to 550°F or highest temperature of oven, but not broil. Heat medium sized skillet over medium heat. Add about 1 Tbl. olive oil and heat. Add bell pepper and onion and toss to coat. Cook until pepper is just beginning to turn tender. Remove from heat.
• Dust pizza pan with cornmeal. Roll out pizza dough to cover pan. Place dough on pan. Brush dough lightly with olive oil. Cover dough with pizza sauce. Loosely cover sauce with sausage, olives, pepper and onion, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese - and anything else you desire. Place pizza on lowest rack in oven for 7 minutes. Remove pizza and check bottom - should be browning nicely. Move pizza to middle rack and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and check for doneness.
