INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large oranges
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 6 plums, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup sliced seedless green grapes
  • Fresh mint sprigs
  • For Honeyberry Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

DIRECTIONS

  • Slice tops from oranges; cut slices from bottoms to make oranges sit flat.
  • With grapefruit knife or paring knife, remove orange sections and combine with banana, plums, and grapes.
  • Refill orange shells with fruit mixture. Trim salads with sprigs of mint. Pass Honeyberry Dressing.
  • Honeyberry Dressing: Beat 1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce till smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup honey and 1 tablespoon orange juice.
