INGREDIENTS

  • Focaccia Dough (search recipes)
  • 6 ounces dry salami, sliced paper-thin
  • 3 1/2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, in thin strips
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400° F. Oil a baking sheet well and pour in the dough. It will be rather soupy. Bake until well browned, about 25 minutes.
  • Reduce oven to 375° F. Cover focaccia with salami slices, overlapping them as necessary. Scatter sun dried-tomato strips over the salami; dust with Parmesan and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Reheat focaccia until Parmesan is browned and top is crusty. Cut into 2 1/2-inch by 1-inch strips and serve piping hot.
