Crusty Chicken Wings uses the interesting flavors of oregano and curry powder combined with bread crumbs, salt, pepper and vegetable oil to give chicken wings a great taste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 18 to 24 chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Disjoint chicken wings into 3 pieces. Freeze wing tips to use at a later time for soup. Brush remaining wing pieces with oil.
  • Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, and curry powder in plastic bag. Add 6 wing pieces at a time; shake well to coat evenly. Repeat process until all wing pieces are well coated.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place chicken in large baking dish. Bake 35 minutes, or until chicken is crusty outside and tender inside. Serve hot.
