INGREDIENTS

  • venison, cut into pieces
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • garlic salt to taste
  • salt and pepper as desired
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

DIRECTIONS

  • Chop the venison into pieces. Salt and pepper meat as desired.
  • Brown venison in olive oil; set aside to cool.
  • Chop onion and celery and saute in olive oil.
  • Add venison and seasoning, 1 cup cream of mushroom soup. Low cook or simmer for 8 hours.
