INGREDIENTS

  • 4 fresh tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  • Cut the tomatoes in thick slices and place in a greased shallow baking dish. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Broil about 6 inches from heat for about 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
