INGREDIENTS

  • 4 lb. pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Rub or dip ribs in vinegar. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and cayenne pepper. Place ribs, bone side down, over hot coals.
  • Grill for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
  • Add hickory chips soaked in water to charcoal. Turn ribs over to drain.
